PDQ PLASTICS INC. will replace at no charge any of our "SUPER D" Plastic Pallets that are rendered unusable, so long as such pallets have not been subjected to misuse or improper handling, for a period of three years upon the return of the unusable pallets. Freight charges not included. In no event shall PDQ PLASTICS, INC. be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any sort.

Do to the variety of possible uses for the pallets, customers should carefully consider the fitness of the pallets for each intended use, including equipment compatibility. The customer is solely responsible for such a fitness determination and assumes all risks in connection with such determination and use.

Returned pallets must be clean. PDQ PLASTICS, INC. will not accept returned pallets that have been contaminated with any hazardous material, and will in no event assume responsibility or liability for such contamination.
